This past weekend I had the honor of photographing my first newborn session, an experience that I will cherish forever. I know how important those first new days at home with a newborn are to a family, so it was a true honor for me to be able to capture those special moments that I know their family will hold dear for the rest of their lives.
Last week we spent nearly a week in beautiful Aspen exploring the mountains, drinking far too much champagne, taking snow walks, and eating fondue. Everything about the town is picturesque - from the beautiful Victorian architecture to the quaint tree-lined streets to the majestic Colorado mountains framing it on all four sides.

There are places you travel that just stick with you, and the Cinque Terre was one for me. The five colorful fishing villages perched precariously on the Italian coast are a travel photographer's dream, and I feel as though half of our trip I spent snapping happily away at each and every beautiful landscape, charming enclave, and patinated building I laid eyes on.
